Vina Fedora

At the Fedora winery in Dolanci, in the upper Vipava Valley, our good friends have, in just five years, risen to the top league of Slovenian winemakers—their wines are served in the finest restaurants at home and around the world. Fedora wines, produced according to biodynamic principles, reflect the terroir, respect for the environment, passion for winemaking, and the unique character of each vintage. Our guests can purchase Fedora wines directly from us or visit the Fedora winery, which is less than a 10-minute drive away.

Vina Fabjan

Our neighbors in Kobdilj, Vina Fabjan, craft wines with a distinguished character. Their quality is recognized through numerous awards and accolades from various wine evaluations. Among their most celebrated wines is Martinova Penina, defined by its intense yet delicate and mineral character. Their cellar is just a short walk from our homestead, and a visit is well worth your time.

Vina Kobal

The Kobal winery nurtures a deep love for nature and family tradition, producing wine on the distinctive red soil terra rossa in Štanjel—a place where centuries of viticultural heritage are embedded in every piece of land. They take particular pride in their red sparkling wine, as there are fewer than ten producers of sparkling Teran in the world. Visit their cellar for a tasting and a chance to bring home a truly unique bottle.
