This double room in the stone Karst villa will enchant you with its charm and tranquil atmosphere. Step directly from the room onto the balcony, where you can unwind, surrounded by the peaceful ambiance of the Karst courtyard, and enjoy the stunning view of rolling hills bathed in the warm glow of the setting sun.

Room Rozina

2+1 (One double bed and one single bed)

Rozina, a family room for 3 people, was once the master’s room, the largest and most beautiful in the homestead. It will charm you with its old wall paintings dating back to the time it was created.

Attic Apartment

7 (seven single beds/sofas)

The open-plan attic space features seven sofas that transform into comfortable beds at night. Ideal for those who appreciate historical richness and modern comfort.

4 (ena zakonska in dve pomožni ležišči)

This beautifully renovated space combines traditional Karst architecture with modern elements, with special feature in a form of a fully equipped kitchen, making it perfect for guests who enjoy cooking for themselves.

Are additional services, such as cleaning during the stay, available?

Yes, mid-stay cleaning can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance.

Is airport or train station transfer available?

Unfortunately, we do not offer transfers, but we will be happy to assist you in arranging a taxi or car rental.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout Vila Kobdilj 1835.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are allowed under the following conditions:

• Pets can be brought along by prior arrangement.
• Maximum of 2 pets at a time. A surcharge of €20 per pet per day applies.
• A deposit of €100 per pet (payable upon arrival).

At Vila Kobdilj, we love animals, but we kindly ask pet owners to ensure their pets do not disturb other guests or cause any damage. Please do not allow pets on upholstered furniture or beds and ensure they do not chew on equipment or furniture. Dogs can be taken for a walk through the small courtyard exit leading to the nearby meadows. Please make sure they do not relieve themselves in the inner courtyard.

If we find any violations upon your departure, the deposit will be retained to cover the costs of deep cleaning or repairing damaged property.

Does the accommodation offer parking?

Parking is free of charge. Three parking spaces are available in the courtyard, and two additional spaces are located directly in front of the entrance on the street.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in: from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM
