Excursion: Cerje

Perched on the edge of the plateau, between the Vipava Valley and the blue Adriatic, the hilltop of Cerje is crowned by the 25-metre Peace Monument – an architectural gem preserving the stories of history and art.

From here, the view unfolds in every direction: the sea, the Friulian Plain, the Julian Alps, and the rolling vineyards of the Vipava Valley.
