About a 15-minute walk from the villa, Restavracija Grad Štanjel offers a contemporary interpretation of Karst cuisine, based on local ingredients and seasonality. The menu is created by chef Simo Komel, who translates Karst tradition into precise, calm and thoughtful dishes.
